A few of my achievements include: ᛫ Executing a three-year strategic growth plan structured to yield a 25% revenue CAGR and formulated sales process and marketing plan to establish accountability for the plan at USA Industries. ᛫ Driving a ~65% reduction in assembly times for the first two product cells at USA Industries by introducing Lean principles and implementing the new production cell manufacturing processes. ᛫ Delivering 21% CAGR revenue growth in three years (with a 70% EBITDA contribution) at Relevant Solutions by targeting a market served by underutilized assets as part of a rental company acquisition. ᛫ Achieving 50%+ improvement in performance-to-budget at Relevant Solutions by automating daily labor and material cost assessments and developing a reporting structure to help control project outcomes. ᛫ Realizing 200% revenue growth and a 30% reduction in operating expenses at Airdyne by executing a brand strategy that included website development, publicizing white papers, and sales growth planning.
