About Jonathan Micklos

I am a seasoned technology leader with over 16 years of experience. I have a record of successfully delivering large-scale results across a host of product spaces, operational environments, and teams. Spaces have included retail e-commerce, social media apps, physical world customer recognition and commerce, and most recently – global service-graph communications infrastructure. I am passionate about driving the formation of and alignment on long term strategies for big hairy problems – all while delivering results today. I value and lead with empathy, and prioritize the development of others. Currently, I am a Senior Software Development Manager at Amazon where I build and own core infrastructure products that empower global service-to-service connectivity and routing at Amazon.com. Organizations use these products to centrally shift and cellularize service traffic across AWS's regions to meet the evolving needs of their customers. These products support communications across thousands of services.
