My purpose is to help people unlock their potential that bring out their best. I am an experienced Learning & Development professional, executive coach and business leader. I am passionate and committed to supporting individuals, teams and companies to achieve amazing results. I bring 30 years’ experience gained primarily within the financial services and health industries; and 17 years in Learning & Development (L&D). The Leader I currently lead a team of Learning & Development professionals within the Health sector. I have led an increase in team engagement from 65% to 93%. The Coach I champion the implementation of a coaching culture within my team and organisation. My vision helps others realise their potential, strive to develop, engage and empower them to perform at their best. I coach senior management and individuals at all levels, along with private clients. The Facilitator I have strong facilitation experience. My facilitation expertise encompass leadership, workplace coaching, influencing, communication and presentation skills programs to name a few.
