My experience in sales and customer service has taught me excellent organizational skills and the importance of follow-up. I also have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I have over 12 years of customer service experience which has given me the ability to work well with many different personality types. I have proven to be one of the best mentors for both new and experienced employees in order to assist them with anything they may need. This has given me a great deal of experience building trust and rapport with both clients and cross-functional employees.
