About Jonathan Milner

I am an aspiring professional currently in my final year of study at the University of Calgary with a passion for connecting the dots. Be it people within organizations, using skills from different industries or theories from different disciplines; I love finding new solutions to lingering problems. From childhood, learning from others and hearing about others troubles to help in any way possible has been a major focus of mine. Getting tasks done is very important to me but will never be too important to stop smiling or laughing along the way! My passion stems from solving problems in efficient manners and communicating effectively with coworkers to create new solutions to lingering problems. Throughout my employment and studies I've taken on many leadership roles including developing training methods at both AB Cushing and Scholar's Edge as well as frequent evaluation and mentorship of numerous employees at both of these positions. When on a mission trip through my school in 2016, I further developed my awareness in how I can help others around me. Whether it is monetary aid, being a positive light in others lives, or being a shoulder for others to lean on, my goal will always be to help. When I'm not working or studying hard you can find me at the ski hill during the winter or at the river fly fishing during the summer. I love talking to new people and hearing their differing perspectives.
