I am a Digital & Analytics Strategy Senior Manager in the advisory function of Accenture Applied Intelligence. I help clients design and implement Digital & Analytics strategies to unlock the power of their data. My specialty is the design and development of a client’s Digital & Analytics organization, allowing Fortune 500 clients to implement their strategic agendas in an efficient and agile manner. My competencies include role and job design, governance, operating processes design, organization design, talent strategy, value targeting, and implementation planning. As North America Offering Lead for Analytics Change & Journey Management, I am also responsible for helping clients achieve speed to value and lasting results through an agile Change Management approach customized to Digital & Analytics transformations. This approach focuses on shifting a client to an insight-powered culture through leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and behaviorally-focused business readiness & adoption measurement. Prior to joining Accenture Analytics, I was a part of our Management Consulting practice, where I implemented rigorous, quantitative, end-to-end approaches to Change Management. In 2014, I was awarded the Ken Ernst Innovation Award for developing Accenture’s Employee Experience Tool, a customized, scalable relational database tool for communicating large-scale organizational changes to employees. My industry experience extends across a variety of areas, including Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, and Telecommunications. I hold a B.A. in Communication Studies and a B.S. in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude from Northwestern University.
