About Jonathan Mirea

After first obtaining a diverse background in IT networking in the Army Reserves, unique firsthand experiences as an EMT in a 911 system and combined with a never-ending thirst for honing and mastering data science & analysis skills (along with the programming skills needed!), I've set out to start my own Managed Services Provider (MSP) business called Jonny’s IT Services. Specialized in providing tech support & cybersecurity solutions to niche industries such as Managed Wi-Fi for Airbnb hosts/owners, Coffee Shop and Cigar Lounges, as well as providing world-class cybersecurity & ransomware-resistant backup solutions packages for sensitive trades such as medical & financial sectors requiring HIPAA & PCI-DSS compliance respectively, I'm all about encompassing holistic solutions to solving your IT needs with a no-BS approach. While always taking a priority to care for my client's IT needs, but also keeping a close ear on AI/ML trends, I've noticed a variety of niche problems that seem to be solvable with recent innovations in AI research and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, however, I haven't found any existing solutions or platforms that would natively address said concerns without having to hire Data Analysts in-house.
