As a litigation paralegal at D. Law, I’m proud to be part of a team dedicated to fighting for the rights of workers across California. In my current and previous roles, I have supported attorneys in various stages of litigation, specializing in pre-litigation support and file management, demand letter preparation, client communication, negotiation, and legal administrative operations. My approach to work is grounded in empathy and self-reflection, allowing me to better understand my clients' perspectives and advocate for them. By analyzing my work, I continuously improve how I tackle challenges and reach goals. These same approaches help me collaborate with my team, where I enjoy mentoring and supporting others to strengthen our collective success. What I value most about D. Law is the support I’ve received while pursuing my certificate in paralegal studies. The firm provides me with tasks that align with my school requirements and offers flexibility in my schedule, which I deeply appreciate. Their commitment to employee growth, combined with a positive work culture, make this a truly inspiring place to be. Looking to the future, I plan to become a certified paralegal through NALA and eventually earn additional certifications in legal research and other key skills. When not at work or studying, you can find me watching movies or practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
