I've started a new path: bringing the best the world has to offer in hops and advanced hop products to Canadian Craft brewers, along with unmatched service, and knowledge of the products and industry. I'm passionate about helping others succeed and in this case, by listening to you and working out the best solutions with the products and services HCC has to offer. And guess what. I STILL work with stakeholders to make improvements to manufacturing processes that reduce loss, improve quality and move with the agility demanded by the market. I can never let this go. I have a vision that Food Safety is a path to improve manufacturing performance overall.
