About Jonathan Mueller

SKILLS:I have been expertly honing my craft of manufacturing for the past 11 years among many incredible teams of people. The first 4 years I was beating production records as a CNC operator and soon after progrest to set-up and job-shop style of production. This part of my career thoroughly allowed me a firm understanding of how the production side of manufacturing functions and operates. The next 7 years I became proficient in toolmaking. Using CNC’s (Hurco Control, Mazatrol,Fanuc), CAD/CAM (Mastercam, WorkNC, Gibbscam), precision grinders, lathes, Bridgeport’s (with and without Prototrak retrofit), tool grinders, presses, saws of all kinds, hoists, cranes, forklifts, and heavy machinery operations. I am able to set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot all of these pieces of equipment and software. The best part of this career field is that you’re always learning something new.I have spent 9 years and counting in the military as a diesel generator mechanic. This has taught me the importance of a well maintained piece of equipment. Following all required protocols and procedures, our teams were able to perform all required PM’s while keeping operations functioning without interruption. Furthermore, we are prompt in our troubleshooting, solving, and fixing of any and all issues with the various different systems of a diesel generator (ie. Mechanical systems, High pressure systems, electrical systems). These experiences will greatly help in any maintenance roles that may occur.
