About Jonathan Naude

As a Graduated Mechanical Engineer from the University of Victoria I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism as well as experience using SolidWorks, AutoCad, Catia, MatLab, ANSYS and proficiency using Microsoft programs. I have experience in the Aeronautical, Marine and construction fields and would like to obtain a mechanical engineering position in a manufacturing, design, materials, or build work environment within an engineering company, with hands on and analytical work to be done on challenging and complex projects that offer opportunities for learning and growth. My last two years I have been fortunate to work for Peter Kiewit Infrastructure group doing challenging and rewarding work. Working at a spillway replacement project in Manitoba for the last 1.5 years I have had the opportunity to help coordinate many different aspects of including drill & shoot, Stabilization and Earthworks. Responsibilities included job tracking, cost analysis, ordering permanent/consumable materials, writing procedures and submittal's for different aspects of work and trouble shooting problems that arise on the job.
