About Jonathan Neill

In 2021 I decided to come back into the industry as the market demanded a new national company to deliver a service to the UK schools. So Sports and Playground was born and it is now growing successfully. Experienced past Managing Director, who over a 22 year period grew the original company from one man to a team of over 110 people. During this period it had continued growth of approx 20% per annum and we constantly increased the profits and efficiency of the company. The company grew from one school to over sites across the UK with 5 regional offices and we secured over 100 County and Borough contracts. An amazing team and culture was created over this period which was instrumental in our growth all based on a vision, accountability and trust. The company was sold in 2017 and I was asked to resign along with fellow directors being forced from positions. The new company is growing again with new customers, new council contracts and a team with a great culture and attitude, we will continue to once again lead the UK industry with innovative solutions for our industry.
