As the Associate Director of Quality & Purchasing for the Linguistic Validation department of RWS Regulated Industries, I am responsible for the strategic development and general oversight of our linguistic quality and translation purchasing activities. I oversee an international department dedicated to achieving the highest level of quality and efficiency for all of our LV projects, while ensuring compliance with established industry standards and end-client needs. Being a linguist at heart, I hold a BA Hons in Combined Languages (French, Spanish and German) from the University of Hull, where I graduated with oral distinction in French.
