About Jonathan Ortiz

While maintaining a position as a bank teller for several years, and several more with different responsibilities at a warehouse for an online retailer, I honed my customer service skills. I learned the importance of tone and demeanor whether addressing a customer in a face to face scenario, just over the telephone or even via email. During my time with the online retailer, I turned my focus to computer technology and found my true calling. Assisting in troubleshooting PC issues, network connectivity issues and dealing with Amazon as a major distributor for our inventory. Maintaining the open line of communication with such a well established distributor I gained confidence in managing a large inventory. Pursuing my interest in the IT field, I transitioned to working for Doylestown Health as an administrative assistant to the then Department Director where I expressed greater interest in assisting with troubleshooting computer problems and repairs. With the eagerness to learn I quickly traversed through the varying fields of the IT department holding positions as a Help Desk Analyst, a PC Analyst and currently hold a position as a Network Analyst. As I have taken on new positions I have also acquired CompTIA+ certificates along the way such as my A+ as well as Network+.
