I have been working in the charitable sector for over eight years, undertaking a variety of roles that has provided me with experience in many different areas of fundraising, marketing and project management. Over the last 18 months, my role in Project Management has evolved to include various ‘Delivery’ functions such as performing the role of Scrum Master, supporting our Agile delivery model, coaching others in Agile and delivering new technology and initiatives. I’m particularly experienced in Scrum and DSDM, and I have previous experience of waterfall project management environments. I especially enjoy learning, innovating and exploring how AI can make a difference to the international development sector and be used as a force for good. I’m a member of Tearfund’s AI Working Group.
