With extensive experience in both commercial and government sectors, I have spearheaded several multimillion-dollar projects in areas such as rapid prototyping, high-power microwaves (HPM), electromagnetic pulse (EMP) technology, electromagnetic sensing, the development of thermal management solutions and compact pulsed power components and systems. In my current role as Program Manager and Head of the Applied Physics Department at Scientific Applications & Research Associates (SARA), Inc, I lead with a philosophy centered on innovation, collaboration, and pragmatic problem-solving. My approach combines strategic oversight with a hands-on understanding of the scientific challenges and opportunities in my field.
