My professional expertise includes: financial management; business development; budgetary control/forecasting; cash flow; payroll; management reporting; statutory compliance; financial systems implication/control; asset management & capital expenditure justification; balance sheet reconciliation; and Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) Career highlights to date include: • Played a pivotal role in the running of a small business (R G Ballard Ltd) within the construction industry during the economic downturn; expertly managing extreme pressure on cash flow. • Successfully developed, implemented and maintained the financial management and control procedures/systems that supported the growth of turnover of a small company (Integra Contracts). • Instrumental in the set-up of companies for 4CX Ltd to trade in GB and ROI, rolling out to Germany, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Denmark, Switzerland, Canaries and Turkey. • Personally orchestrated the opening of 4CX Ltd.’s finance offices in London and Manchester; this included taking the lead on employing and training of all staff. • Reduced debtor days at (Synergy) from 45 to less than 33 by introducing a debtor management system. • Led a special project to separate out the media arm of RKCR/Y&R to form an independent company called TME UK.
