About Jonathan Paschel

I am a results-oriented engineer working within the oil and gas industry with a track record of defining and conquering challenges aimed at improving overall organisational function. I have over 6+ years of experience in upstream drilling and completion operations ranging from conventional reservoir workover and remediation to deepwater Gulf of Mexico drilling operations. My time at Chevron has assisted my development as an operationally focused engineer, but my learning and experiences extend much further back to professional and personal operational and hands-on roles working in agriculture and manufacturing. I am interested in learning and participating in business planning, operations, and finance. I would like to branch out to roles offering exposure to greater business decision planning and entrepreneurial endeavours.
