Senior Leader with 20+ years of experience, specializing in both US unconventional operations and international offshore operations. I have successfully managed operations in Eagle Ford, Delaware, Anadarko basins and United Kingdom. I started my career as a process engineer, initially with an EPC company, then moved to a specialist development consultant focused on UKCS and Norway offshore developments. I have spent the last 14+ years with a Fortune 500 independent exploration and production company supporting multiple global business units, each leadership role progressing in scale and responsibility. In my current role, I am part of the largest E&P operation in the Eagle Ford. LEADERSHIP EXPERTISE: • Executive Communication: Skilled in presenting to executive teams and supporting strategic business analysis. • Cost Management: Strong financial acumen with full P&L responsibility, experience managing large CAPEX & OPEX,$350MM+ and driving cost reduction initiatives. • Commercial & Contracting Strategy: Extensive experience in negotiating commercial agreements and managing multi-million-dollar contracts. • Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG): Leadership in corporate ESG initiatives, including GHG emission reductions and compliance.
