About Jonathan Pek

A native of the Bay Area, T Sportline co-founder Jonathan Pek has always had a passion for automotive accessories and performance. After graduating from UC Berkeley in 1998 with an undergraduate degree in business administration, Mr. Pek got his start at Merrill Lynch. Car culture was always part of Mr. Pek’s life, and he spent countless hours dedicated to it in his off-time in the late ’90s and early He and his fellow gearheads competed in notorious shows like the Battle of the Imports, Import Showoff, and Hot Import Nights — groundbreaking events for North American car tuning culture at the time. In 2003, Mr. Pek decided to combine his entrepreneurship with his love for automotive accessories and performance, and launched Jonari Corporation. Jonari would come to be one of the leading importers in luxury automotive accessories, representing world-class Japanese and German tuning brands. Mr. Pek’s team built a network of over 100 retail dealers by the first decade, garnering industry accolades and generating exponential growth for the brands they distributed in North America. In 2013, Mr. Pek and Elie Rothstein founded T Sportline, the World’s First Tesla Tuner. Considered by many in the automotive industry as Tesla’s AMG or M division, T Sportline designs and creates Tesla aftermarket accessories including wheels, aerodynamics, suspension and interior upgrades with an “OEM+” approach that is aggressive and yet subtle for the mass market Tesla owner.
