About Jonathan Perdomo

I moved to South Florida from Belize in and began working in the IT industry in 2003 after finishing my Bachelor’s Degree. I started at an entry level, which helped me develop strong customer service skills. From there I then began providing IT support across multiple industries ranging from retail, financial, to government. Over the last 10 years, I have developed strong problem solving and organizational skills while gaining expert knowledge in the following technologies: Windows 7, Windows 10, Apple OS X, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SFTP, SolarWinds Network Monitoring Tools, Microsoft Lync, Dell Hardware support, and Xerox WorkCentre printers. I am able to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously. I communicate well with people from a variety of backgrounds and enjoy working in a team environment. This experience enabled me to succeed in the role of Service Desk Supervisor by focusing on the following: • Identify the strength of individual team members and used this as a springboard to further their growth and value to the team and organization. • Create documentation and troubleshooting guides for newly hired team members. • Work along with a team of managers to promote the value of the IT Services throughout the enterprise. • Open lines of communication and build relationships with key managers and end users across numerous business units to ensure that the Service Desk is recognized as an asset to the organization.
