I’m a strategic urban planner and program manager with over a decade of experience leading initiatives at the intersection of community development, economic equity, and public health. I specialize in transforming research into action—designing systems, partnerships, and place-based strategies that address the social determinants of health and promote inclusive, sustainable growth. At Enterprise Community Partners, I led technical assistance and capacity-building projects in partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Fannie Mae, healthcare foundations, and local governments. I developed the Community-Serving Facilities Toolkit to support faith-based organizations in converting underutilized land into affordable housing and community health spaces. I also coordinated emergency response strategies through the Community Development Block Grant program during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, as a Health Policy Research Scholar with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, I lead research on housing policy and local code enforcement with a focus on equity and health outcomes.
