I am delighted to announce that we have launched Metis Real Estate Advisors, an independent retail, leisure and investment agency business based in our new offices on King Street in Manchester. The company will offer expertise and advice throughout the UK, working with owners of leading retail and leisure destinations, as well as some of the best-known brands in the industry. I specialise in transacting investment product on behalf of managed pension funds and private clients, particularly in relation to high street, retail warehouse properties. In addition, I have personally concluded deals concerning over 175 properties, including shopping centres; supermarkets; retail warehouse parks; high street retail and leisure parks. Investment agency will be a key focus for the business, with the investment team continuing to operate across the UK and building on our proven track record of transacting deal volumes consistently in excess of national rivals. The team’s direct transactional experience includes over 20 shopping centres to £157m; over 120 foodstores to £27m; high street shop investments to £43m and numerous retail park and leisure investments.
