About Jonathan Piol

Jonathan Piol serves as a Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy and Planning. Jonathan is passionate about leading the charge to improve mobility and focuses most of his time on emerging technologies, including autonomous driving, Internet of Things, and sustainable mobility. During this decade in the auto industry, Jonathan has spent his time at various companies, ranging from traditional corporations to disruptive start-ups. He was a Manager in Corporate Strategy for Hyundai, a Manager of Residual Value Forecasting and Vehicle Evaluation at Edmunds.com, and a Senior Planner at Nissan. These roles have allowed him to develop a holistic understanding of automotive strategy. They have also provided Jonathan with global exposure; he has lived broad in Japan and traveled extensively in the region. Jonathan recently graduated with an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and is a graduate from California State University Northridge, where he received a BS in Business Administration and spent a year abroad in Italy. As a true people person, Jonathan enjoys maintaining and growing his global network of friends. His other interests outside of work include sports, fitness, and spending time with his family and loved ones.
