About Jonathan Pitchforth

I am currently employed as a Rehabilitation Co Therapist in a rehabilitation / medium to low secure unit. I appreciate forming a strong therapeutic relationship with patients, families and other relevant professionals involved. I take a person centred approach to my role. I am involved in MDT meetings. I am conscience, patient and understanding and have the ability to gain trust and form strong lasting professional relationships with residents and colleagues. I can use my own initiative and work under pressure as well as motivate the rest of the team and maximise each others strengths. I am also very eager to gain new skills and qualifications relating to areas that interest me and are relevant to my job role, always aspire to gain more knowledge and greater understanding within my field.
