About Jonathan Portillo

While attending CSUF's Mechanical Engineering Program, I was fortunate to be nominated and be part of the Engineering Scholars Program. With hard work and dedication to each and every class, I was able to be part of the program. I am currently attending CSUF for the Master's Program in Mechanical Engineering. I started to work at Disneyland Resort as an Operation Costuming cast member and I was able to work my way up to becoming a Quality Specialist, then to a COM (Change O'Matic) Specialist and finally to a COM Specialist Lead. With all of these experiences, I was able to develop confidence, leadership, and time management. At Dynaflex Technologies, I had to take on multiple leading roles and current position as a Project Engineer. I am Responsible for managing a team of extrusion technicians in the production of catheter jackets to improve and maintain project efficiency and product quality. With this said, I am also responsible for Quality at Dynaflex Technologies. I am responsible for document revisions to preventative maintenance programs, equipment qualifications, installation qualifications, and operation qualification in compliance with ISO 13485 regulations. Being the lead quality management, documentation must comply with annual audits to maintain ISO certification within the company.
