A driven candidate with experience of full project life cycles, using hybrid Waterfall/Agile methodology, working on multi-country roll outs of financial ERP systems, who performs while under pressure and within tight deadlines; actively develops processes to improve workflows and experienced in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business, from c-level management to highly technical developers, including external partners, all located globally. I have previous experience of leading small teams, mentoring them and encouraging them to develop theirs skills, and providing training for much larger audiences. Flexible and used to working at home or in the office, with local or remote teams. I am used to wearing many hats at one time and gravitate quickly towards being the subject matter expert in whatever role I am working on at the time.
