The early major projects in my career have started with the sentiment."We don't know this is possible yet. We'd like you to see if you can make this work." Then I do all I can to make sure the product and project not only doesn't fail. but succeeds and flourishes. Fifteen years later and I'm still making making my teams and products flourish where they may not have been previously. I thrive strategically delivering value, making order out of chaos, and designing experiences and processes that are efficient and durable. I have a track record of being in the right place at the right time with the right skills to be able to develop systems, tools, and processes that save business commitments and progress business opportunities. My strengths lie in being able to view products from the customer's point of view while being able to match it with strategic direction, conceptualize complex structures, see complete user experiences, elicit legitimate and complete requirements, identify failure points, build concepts with future scaling and the end-user in mind, map processes, and realize opportunities for efficiency.
