About Jonathan Ramos

With over 15 years of experience in the wireless industry, I am a passionate and driven Product Manager who strives to deliver customer-centric solutions that enhance user satisfaction and loyalty. As a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, I have the skills and knowledge to lead agile teams and manage complex product backlogs. Currently, I am working at T-Mobile as a Product Manager, Technical, focusing on the Partnerships and Value-Added Services. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, impacting the Customer Experience from Retail Frontline delivering and training the experience all the way to the Product Manager defining the Customer Experience. As a Product Manager on the Partnerships and Value-Added Services I own the end-to-end customer experience for the our Partnership products integrated billing offer, supporting over 2 million users monthly. I utilized key product redemption data to inform cross-functional teams and leadership on product development decisions for our partnerships. I also lead the product relationship with external partners, working collaboratively to track and define OKRs and KPIs, and launch new product initiatives. Additionally, I coordinated with cross-functional development teams to ensure timely delivery of new capabilities using the Agile methodologies. Some of the skills that I leveraged in my role are backlog management, feature writing, and stakeholder communication.
