About Jonathan Ramos

I graduated with a Master of Professional Accounting in December of 2019 and a bachelor’s degree in business administration in Accounting in December of 2018 from West Texas A&M University. I worked for Sproles Woodard LLP, a CPA firm in Midland, TX, where I had enjoyed 4 years in public accounting and learned many instrumental skills and knowledge on my journey. At this stage in my career, I am interested in expanding my professional horizon by seeking new challenges in the accounting industry. To go into some depth on what I have learned here, is that I am a team player, self-efficient, dedicated, a self-starter with have great interpersonal and communication skills, I have great analytical and organizational skills, and I can work in a fast-paced environment. Working in public accounting has allowed me to see the taxation side of all types of corporations, Non-profits, and individuals, a few of the returns I have worked on are 990, 990-PF, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1040, 1041. Other items I have done, but not limited to: are create state returns, adjust for PTP Sales, payroll forms, bookkeeping, quarterly forms, inventory observations/counts, working with disregarded entities, update and reconcile trial balances, General Ledgers, preparing oil & gas reconciliations with JIB and revenue statements, creating Enertia AJE’s, RJE’s, and FTJE’s for our clients. Without going much farther into depth, I believe the qualities and experiences I would bring would benefit an organization. I am computer/electronics literate, this includes but not limited to being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, possess typing abilities, proficient in a 10 key, and I am interested in working with your organization.
