My experience in the shades industry dates back to my early years when I worked alongside my father, who had over 30 years of experience in the field. I inherited his values of hard work and dedication, and as a sports enthusiast, I also value teamwork, perseverance, and respect when working with others to achieve collective goals. In addition to my own personal development, I am committed to leading and developing a team of professionals by identifying opportunities to promote growth, boost productivity, and foster engagement.
