About Jonathan Ridge

Having finished syudying BSc Sports Studies at Hertfordshire University I then moved abroad to continue my development as an American football player where I still represent Great Britain after leaving Saracens RFC at the age of 17. I consider myself to be highly motivated and driven in all aspects in life including sport and work, due to being competitive, having the ability to stay focused and work well under pressure. My position at BOSS allowed me to thrive in a fast paced working environment, whilst constantly learning a new skill set within recruitment. I was charged with contacting both clients and candidates via different methods; including email and telephone. My role included profiling candidates over the phone, selling the jobs to these candidates, qualifying roles with C level decision makers and maintaining a network of contacts. I was focusing on developing the IT and software vertical within BOSS Sales Solutions, working with companies who deal in; managed services, IT service management, business process management, hosted cloud, network solutions and security software to name but a few. The roles I am working on range from inside sales representatives up to director of sales based nationwide. Having moved to play sport in Paris for 4 years i am now fluent C2 in French.
