About Jonathan Rivolta

I started my professional path as a self-taught individual, with a strong motivation to grow. After graduating in Philosophy and gaining experience in financial consulting, I completed a PhD in Management, specializing in Sustainable Human Resources and Organizational Development. In recent years, I have worked on research and consulting projects on topics related to organizational change, HR sustainability, and the transition towards human-centric models (Industry 5.0), collaborating with Italian manufacturing companies and international universities. I have gained experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis (interviews, coding, SEM), in the design of surveys, and in the study of strategic levers that promote people-oriented innovation. I believe in an approach that combines systemic vision and analytical rigor, but also listening, coherence, and care for the context. Today, I am looking for a company where I can contribute concretely to HR development, organizational design, or cultural transformation, bringing with me a synthesis of analytical skills, relational sensitivity, and impact orientation.
