About Jonathan Roberts

With a career in estate agency that began in 2007, I have established myself as a dedicated professional in the field. In addition to being a proud member of the National Association of Estate Agents, I hold qualifications as both a domestic energy assessor (DEA) and a commercial energy assessor (CEA). Notably, I achieved my DEA qualification in 2008, becoming one of the youngest individuals in the country to do so at that time. My journey in the estate agency industry has been one of growth and achievement. Starting as a Sales Negotiator, I progressed into property valuing before being promoted to the esteemed position of Branch Manager. Building on this success, I subsequently ascended to the role of Director, a position I currently hold in partnership with my business partner, David. Throughout my adult life, I have remained deeply involved in the property sector, continuously harnessing my expertise as part of the dynamic and accomplished team at the Houghton le Spring branch. Beyond my managerial responsibilities, I serve as the senior coordinator with The Guild of Property Professionals across our company, adding a strategic dimension to my role as a leader in the industry.
