About Jonathan Rocha

Bachelor's degree in International Relations with more than 6 years' experience in customer service, developing and learning about its ramifications according to the sectors in which I have worked, such as Procurement, Consultative Sales and Customer Service. Since my first job, I have always sought challenges that would lead me to learn new systems, new ways of thinking, acting and implementing processes, as well as better understanding the fundamentals of B2B and B2C negotiations with empathy and assertiveness, in order to one day become a wiser person in creating flows and processes that make life easier for the people around me. I'm also passionate about personal and professional development, always seeking to establish good relationships wherever I go. Anyone who knows me knows that my priority is people, not as numbers, but as human beings who deserve respect above all else, being willing to learn from more experienced people and introduce them to new ideas.
