I never envisioned myself as the founder of a thriving spray foam business. However, I quickly realized that hard work and keeping my word were the keys to success. 15 years ago, my father purchased a spray foam machine and materials, tasking me with insulating their family home. Determined to excel, I attended classes to learn the ins and outs of spray foam and worked on my father's square foot property. Although I encountered numerous challenges along the way, the magnitude of the project provided valuable learning experiences from which he grew. Initially hesitant to fully commit to a career in spray foam insulation, I adopted a strategy of selling one job at a time and personally delivering exceptional results. This approach sustained me financially while I continued to build my expertise in the field.
