Before joining Chesapeake Beverage Co, I worked for a smaller craft-driven distributor, which was subsequently acquired by Chesapeake in 2023. Previous to that, I held several managerial positions in the hospitality sector, where I developed my passion for customer service and learned how to run successful operations, manage teams, and exceed customer expectations.
