I’m an optimist who believes in a bright future and our ability to build it together. My goal as a leader is to inspire people to do what inspires them so that together each of us can change our world for the better. I am fascinated by the people and organizations that make the greatest, lasting impact on society. I have diverse strategy experience working in multiple industries and across geographies. With a vision to change the way businesses think, act, and operate, I’ve partnered with leaders to help transform diversity strategy and create a better society with human experience at the core. In every role I’ve had, my passion is to create something new and build sustainable change. As Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion I’m responsible for leading the University of Texas at Dallas’ DEI strategy that focuses on progressing toward UTD’s aspirations, including racial equality, gender orientation parity, and pay equity. I’ve leveraged my wealth of human capital management experience to enhance large organizations as an employer of choice committed to catalyzing positive change in the talent landscape.
