Passionate IT Support Professional with a strong foundation in computer science and hands-on experience in both engineering and healthcare technology environments. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from CUNY Lehman (Summa Cum Laude) and pending CompTIA A+ certification, I bring a blend of technical expertise and real-world problem-solving skills. During the pandemic, I had the privilege of serving as a Resource Navigator and Aftercare Navigator with NYC Health + Hospitals Test and Trace. In these roles, I assisted individuals affected by COVID-19 by developing care plans and connecting them to vital community services. This experience not only deepened my understanding of healthcare operations but also reinforced my commitment to using technology to make a positive impact on people's lives. Currently, I am enhancing my technical skills through the Per Scholas IT Support program. My experience also includes a Software Engineer Internship at UVII, where I worked on software solutions to improve performance and user experience. Beyond my professional endeavors, I am a firm believer in the power of hard work and continuous learning. Having personally transformed my life by losing 100 lbs through dedication to running and exercise, I understand that perseverance leads to success. I carry this philosophy into my professional life, constantly striving to learn new technologies and improve my skills.
