OBJECTIVE My extensive background in applying a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and qualitative analysis methods, concepts, and practices; written and oral communication skills; and my customer focus orientation allows me to effectively navigate difficult issues involving the substantive nature of agency programs and activities; agency missions, issues, policies, and objectives; and program execution while building positive working relationships with coworkers, State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial (SLTT) partners, and other external partners. I am looking to leverage my skillset to provide high quality customer service to both internal and external partners while continuously seeking opportunities to collaborate with our SLTT and other external partners to improve our ability to help people before, during, and after disasters.
