About Jonathan Ruiz

Seeking employment as a Soil Scientist. While studying at Tarleton State University earning a Master of Science Degree in Soil Science, I successfully applied my learning skills to complete research and worked closely with my samples. This included field work, laboratory wet methods, as well as recording and analyzing data. This experience gave me the opportunity to work closely with a team of researchers/committee members, and helped me to understand the importance of good lab practice. My research experiences have been positive ones due in part to my interpersonal skills. I work well in teams, am reliable, strive to be organized, and motivated to learn to solve problems and answer questions. I am sure that I will carry over the same enthusiasm and skill in doing work at other institutions. As you can see in my profile, I am not afraid of hard work and new challenges.
