Credentialed Integral Master Coach™, seasoned transformational change practitioner with over 2 decades of professional services experience in the fields of transformational change, change management, change leadership, organization development, organization effectiveness and integral developmental coaching. I work in both the private and public sectors supporting organizations, executive teams, and leaders at all levels, in the roles of sr consultant, executive coach, sr manager, and part-time MBA professor. As an MBA professor, I teach 3 courses on leadership theory and practice, advanced management skills and advanced change management at the Telfer School of Management, MBA program at the University of Ottawa, both part-time and full-time cohorts. Contributing for the majority of my career in dedicated organization development, strategic change, executive developmental coaching and management consulting roles in over 300 client organizations offered vast opportunities to learn, develop, broaden and deepen my scope of practice and to craft a niche on the developmental side of results-focused transformational change. As a developmentally-focused, integral master coach, I support leaders in a vast array of leadership topics such as developing authenticity, resilience and leadership agility and operationalizing effective and healthy business transformations. I accompany leaders and their organizations on personal and professional journeys in change, helping leaders sense and co-create the future that is seeking to emerge.
