About Jonathan Savidant

As a manager at Deloitte Digital in our Customer Strategy and Applied Design practice, I most often work as a functional architect or design lead; roles where I work closely with the client's product owners to determine scope, decompose requirements and turn them into designs. In addition, I am a certified scrum master with experience in agile, waterfall and hybrid agile methodologies. Passionate about digital transformation in both the public and private sector, my team and I work with clients to develop and implement their digital strategy with a focus on building value for their employees and customers/citizens. Lead designer at Deloitte for- A digital transformation program for a multi-industry regulator of financial services. This project developed a common CRM platform for the new regulator and a single portal where multiple industries could submit their filings and manage their registrations- the BC Affordable Child Care Benefit online application process, the first GDPR compliant public sector Salesforce implementation in Canada- replacement of a public sector tax reporting system for over $3 billion in payments- the British Columbia social sector’s contact integration with the province’s Enterprise Master Patient Index- systems enhancements to implement various policy changes in a provincial social ministry- a cognitive agent help line proof of concept for the social sector; and - automation of on-boarding and off-boarding workflows to ensure compliance Prior to joining Deloitte I consulted independently. These engagements included- research on employee engagement and performance management best practices and requirements development for the subsequent RFP - qualitative data analysis of surveys for strategic planning - marketing content development for a non-profit entrepreneurship incubator- business analysis and project management experience supporting the redevelopment of a major retailer’s online shopping, order fulfillment, customer relationship management and last mile logistics solutions. Areas of expertise include: product management, scaled agile framework for enterprise, enterprise CRM systems, user centered design, web form design, prototyping (Axure and Figma), systems integration, cognitive agents, data analysis and visualization and client relations.
