Currently working in advancement and operations, I manage Salesforce systems, create dashboards and reports, lead admin-level platform configuration, and design scalable solutions that support teams and streamline processes. I’ve built everything from internal SharePoint wikis to alumni engagement portals—taking projects from vague ideas to polished, fully functional tools. My background in student recruitment gave me a deep appreciation for people-centered work. It also taught me how to navigate complexity, uncover hidden challenges, and lead others toward success with clarity and empathy. I’ve carried those skills into my current role, blending strategy and execution, data and design, logic and creativity. Whether I’m improving data integrity, automating workflows, or enhancing cross-functional collaboration, I focus on creating tools that truly support the people who use them—making their work smoother, clearer, and more rewarding. When I'm not elbow-deep in dashboards or Salesforce Lightning app-views, you’ll find me baking bread, batteling orcs in Dungeons and Dragons, or completely re-designing my supply chain in Factorio because, as anyone who's played knows, the factory must grow.
