Throughout my 18-year professional career, I have gained practical experience through various positions. As a trained systems mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology, as a on-site heating service technician ‍, as a certified heating, ventilation, and air conditioning engineer (HVAC) ‍, and in international real estate asset management at Corpus Sireo in Luxembourg, now Swiss Life Asset Managers. Today, as a co-founder of the consulting boutique BLUECON Engineering from Frankfurt am Main, I am engaged on a daily basis for our clients nationwide and in neighbouring European countries ‍. I am passionate about the practical analysis and implementation of optimization measures for real estate (-portfolios) that fulfil the regulatory requirements of heavyweights like the CSRD and the EU taxonomy, while maintaining the necessary performance and flexibility. In implementing these concepts, we support our clients in Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning design (HVAC) and also cover landlord representation services within our project management department. We create real estate performance through practice-oriented implementation plans.
