Business and innovation have driven me from a young age. In grade school, I launched two small businesses, igniting a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship. This passion carried me through college, where I earned a BIS degree and an MBA to focus on the data behind what makes companies successful. Along the way, I competed in pitch competitions, earning awards for a creative and viable business concept. Since joining Avient Corporation, I’ve contributed by leading high-impact projects, translating complex business needs into effective applications, and maintaining critical systems. My work has enhanced operational efficiency and empowered teams to achieve their goals all while continuing to learn. I’m passionate about connecting with others to exchange ideas, deepen my understanding of the business world, and collaborate on innovative solutions.
