I am the President of CeXperentia, a Medallia partner that specializes in providing customer experience solutions for the home furnishings industry. I was also the Chairman of the Board of IHFRA, the International Home Furnishings Representative Association, where I worked with a team of dedicated and talented professionals to improve our industry through networking and innovation as a conduit between the manufacturers and retailers. As the President of CeXperentia, I manage and execute all aspects of the sales process and relationship management for the home furnishings industry, leveraging Medallia's powerful industry leading platform and data analytics. I produce marketing materials and proposals while endeavoring to elevate the topic of improving and measuring the customer experience at retail and bring it to the forefront of the conversation on how best to improve our industry. I bring that same enthusiasm and passion to the market with the products I offer in my territory.
