Biologist and Bioinformatician, specialized in Genetics, Genomics and cellular Biology. Strongly interested by the study of the genetic and genomic mechanisms involved in the origin of human pathologies, and also in Evolution. Currently, I provide bioinformatic analysis of NGS datasets (RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, ChIPseq) in the study of childhood leurkemia in the group of Prof. Schwaller at the department of biomedecine in Basel.
