My name is Jonathan Seiler and I’m a dynamic professional with 10+ years of combined experience in higher education and non-profit sectors, solid educational background, and advanced leadership skills, poised to leverage full spectrum resident operations. I have steadfast dedication to provide outstanding resident experiences and implementing property-wide policies and procedures to drive safety and symbiosis. I have ability to develop an atmosphere to promote academic achievement, inclusiveness, personal development, and a strong sense of community. I have hands-experience in managing full cycle events while leading event crews, securing sponsorships, maintaining venues, and managing vendor relationships. I’m expert in overseeing fundraising initiatives and professionally interacting with both internal/external partners in the creation and execution of meaningful engagements at key sponsorship events. I have proven expertise includes program development and implementation, budget administration, community outreach coordination, volunteer training and development, student recruitment and retention, customer service orientation, and public speaking.
