Mr. Shafer has Safety Management experience in the Construction, Off-Shore Oil & Gas and Mining industries, as well as Environmental. He demonstrates a solid knowledge base in OSHA, MSHA, and maritime safety. Mr. Shafer is a detail orientated individual as well as a self starter, with the ability to maintain and manage internal, state, and federal safety regulatory requirements. He also is experienced in development of safety training, and facilitation of safety meetings. Additionally, he is well versed in Environmental Compliance and can provide comprehensive auditing. Mr. Shafer is also involved with in Search and Rescue activities, demonstrating his ability to adapt to high stress situations with great success.
